Coaching, Meditation, Classes and Retreats
My approach weaves together coaching and meditation to bring about the transformation you are looking for. I offer a variety of services primarily online. My approach is always client centered and incorporates a blend of pragmatic life coaching, healthcare system navigation, and building awareness and resilience especially when habitual patterns become barriers to living a more fulfilled life.
Please keep in mind that coaching and meditation are not intended to diagnose and treat specific mental or behavioral health conditions. Rather the goal of coaching and meditation training is to help clients develop their own solutions to their own life goals and objectives. I also offer meditation group classes using Compassion Based Resilience Training (CBRT) developed by Nalanda Institute. This is a great opportunity to learn different meditation tools in a group setting across 8 weekly modules. This gives the opportunity to practice and reflect on the skills learned in each session.
Finally, retreats provide clients with an opportunity to practice and develop contemplation and meditation skills in a time intensive group setting. Retreats are usually daylong workshop taking place on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) around the San Francisco Bay Area. If interested check back for details and updates to be posted on the retreats page when available. While there are no retreats planned at the moment, as we adjust to the aftermath of the Covid emergency I will share updates on Retreat opportunities.
