I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering coaching and meditation training.
I have extensive experience in clinical social work including hospitals, transplant, hospice and palliative care and behavioral health. I have worked in intensive care and palliative care settings with many patients and caregivers whose lives are affected by life-threatening and life-limiting illness including cancer, COPD, CHF, organ failure, dementia, and substance use.
I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing grief and tackling serious illnesses. I support clients who are experiencing challenges adjusting to life events because of illness or personal circumstances.
I am also experienced in supporting healthcare professionals cope with stressful work environments through the use of mindfulness and stress management techniques.
