Who is this retreat for:
The retreat is for people who want to learn meditation and contemplation practices to develop awareness and balance. Prior meditation experience not required.
Objective:
By the end of the retreat participants will understand basic concepts for contemplation practice including attention, effort, concentration, grasping, avoidance and equanimity. Participants will learn to mobilize non judgmental awareness and recognize reactivity. Participants will also have an opportunity to apply new skills to relevant situations.
Silence: partial/20%
Group size: between 7-15
